Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If you would like to return an item, please contact us authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
However, your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS Thailand Registered Air Mail, EMS or FedEx.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All product exchanges should include the original invoice and be mailed to the address noted above. Please send us an email right away to specify the style and color you would like to exchange your sunglasses for so we can place the new pair on hold for you.

To Return a Product - please follow the below steps
1. Log into My Account - Located at top of the ''home page''
2. Click the Review Previous Orders Link.
3. select the order that contains the product that you want to return.
4. Click ''RMA'' next to the product that you want to return.
5. select the Option - (Return for refund or Exchange product)
6. Follow the instruction to complete the process.
7. We will email the Address to Return the Parcel.
